Upon Booking 

A deposit is required to secure your retreat place and time, treatment, and/or attendance with The Huachuma Project and any of their practitioners and affiliate brands. The amount will be specified in your booking confirmation email. Only when this is paid, is your booking confirmed.

You reserve the right to cancel or reschedule at any time. Please note the following.

Deposits are non-refundable

However, they are transferable within six months on either side of your booking (before or after it was initially scheduled).

Deposits and prepayments may be made on behalf of or used as credit towards another person's participation.

Non-attendance

Non-attendance without communicating with us will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. The same applies to missed flights as a result of carrying an out-of-date travel document.

Non-attendance due to global, political, geological, natural disasters and even Pandemic-type restrictions will mean that deposits are valid for six months preceding the end date of said event/restriction.

Non-attendance due to personal emergency or crisis, such as ill health of yourself or a relative, travel dilemmas, airline borne issues, etc, will be eligible to rebook on the same deposit.​
