Ready to begin the conversation?

Before reaching out, we encourage you to spend some time exploring our website, where you'll find detailed information about our retreats, a comprehensive FAQ and our Legal Disclaimer. Becoming familiar with our approach beforehand allows our first conversation to begin from a place of shared understanding and genuine intention.

If, after doing so, you feel genuinely drawn to this work, or you have questions that haven't been answered, you're welcome to get in touch by WhatsApp or email.

How to start your journey

Before you
contact us

If you're reaching out because you're considering joining one of our retreats, we ask you to take a few moments to prepare beforehand.

Read our legal disclaimer

Before getting in touch, please take the time to read our Legal Disclaimer. It outlines important health considerations, explains the nature of our retreats and helps ensure you have a clear understanding of what participation involves.

Reflect on three questions

Before reaching out, we'd encourage you to spend a little time reflecting on the following questions:

  • Why now?

  • Why Huachuma?

  • Why The Huachuma Project?

There are no right or wrong answers. These questions simply help us understand what has brought you here and often serve as the natural starting point for our conversation.

After you reach out

Once we've received your message, we'll take the time to respond personally. We'll answer any remaining questions, learn a little more about you and explore together whether our retreats feel like the right next step.

If we both feel the retreat is a good fit, we'll guide you through the preparation process before welcoming you to The Huachuma Project. This includes everything you need to prepare for your retreat, from practical travel information and recommendations to guidance on getting yourself mentally, emotionally and physically ready for the work ahead.

Our aim is to ensure you arrive feeling informed, prepared and supported, allowing you to focus fully on the experience once you step into the valley.
